At Sarah Strachan Craft, we want you to love your handmade home goods, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage to the delicate artisanal materials during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned craft, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
